Ruffle my Hand

Here is block #2 for my future quilt I have decided to make during this year. I have a ton of scraps from hemming numerous formal dresses. I have saved them hoping to make a scrap quilt or something in the future. The pink ruffles making the hand is one of those scraps. It was fun to make, but kind of time consuming.
