I have been collecting bottle caps for a few years now after I saw a girl with a purse once that was made out of bottle caps. It was really cute and wanted to duplicate it for myself. My collection is growing very slowly. Many of these though I have collected during my travels. A lot are from Greece and Thailand, some which came from bottles of soy milk we fed to baby elephants.
