I got into Marzipan (Almond Paste) quite a few years ago. I saw a cake on Martha Stewart that they made a garden on top of a carrot cake with marzipan vegetables. I made that cake for my birthday. It seems to be a reoccurring theme that I make my own birthday cakes.
