Happy Pioneer Day!! I love Pioneer Day and kind of wish I would have lived back then, minus the trek across America. I made today's hand out of wheat in honor of the pioneers. I heard the first thing the pioneers did when they entered the Salt Lake Valley was to plant a garden/fields. Crazy! I would have taken a long, long nap!
